2020年5月31日,习近平总书记对广大少年儿童寄语：“当代中国少年儿童既是实现第一个百年奋斗目标的经历者、见证者，更是实现第二个百年奋斗目标、建设社会主义现代化强国主力军。”；2022年10月23日，习近平总书记在第二十届中共中央政治局常委会上，同中外记者见面时说“我们将同各国人民一道，弘扬和平、发展、公平、正义、民主、自由的全人类共同价值，持续推动构建人类命运共同体”。

      为贯彻落实这些指示精神，由中华儿童文化艺术促进会健康教育工作委员会、联合国教科文组织中华少年儿童生命健康教育推进委员会联合发起的“时代见证者第四届（第二期）国际少年儿童主题艺术创作活动”将于2024年4月1日正式启动。

      活动面向世界各国少年儿童，以“传播中华文化·维护世界和平”为主题，以“加强国际少年儿童艺术交流、提高少年儿童文化艺术素养、推广维护世界和平理念、促进中华文化走向世界”为宗旨，通过各类艺术形式的创作和展示，推广落实联合国教科文组织的理想和愿景，将新一代少年儿童培养成国际和平的缔造者和传承者；在全球少年儿童中传递和平的理念，播撒和平的种子；为全球少年儿童搭建起文化交流的桥梁和平台；用艺术的表达方式，促进不同地域、不同种族少年儿童之间的交流与友谊。

To implement the spirit of these instructions, the  "Times Witness Fourth（Phase 2） International Children's Theme Art Creation Activity" jointly initiated by the Health Education Working Committee of the Chinese Children's Culture and Art Promotion Association and the Chinese Youth and Children's Life and Health Education Promotion Committee of UNESCO will be officially launched on April 1, 2024.

The event is aimed at children from all over the world, with the theme of "spreading Chinese culture and maintaining world peace" and the theme of "strengthening international artistic exchanges among children, improving their cultural and artistic literacy, promoting the concept of maintaining world peace, and promoting Chinese culture to move towards the world". 面向全球少年儿童征集书法、绘画、摄影、写作（字数在1000字内文体不限）、声乐演唱、舞蹈表演、乐器演奏、戏曲演唱、曲艺表演、情景短剧（时长3分钟以内）、朗诵（时长3分钟以内）、杂技绝活儿、武术表演等艺术作品。获得奖项的作品，将有机会登上中央广播电视总台、北京广播电视台的舞台，获得“中华儿童文化艺术促进会健康教育工作委员会、联合国教科文组织中华少年儿童生命健康教育推进委员会”联合颁发的《获奖证书》、《中小学综合实践证书》及高额奖学金。

Collect calligraphy, painting, photography, writing (style is not limited to 1000 words), vocal singing, dance performance, instrument performance, opera singing, quyi performance, sitcom (within 3 minutes), recitation (within 3 minutes), acrobatic stunts, martial arts performance and other works of art from children around the world. 鼓励广大少年儿童用书画、摄影艺术的表达方式，从少年儿童的视角展示世界多样文化，增进交流互鉴，关注世界发展，关注人类命运，呼唤世界和平。

要求作品内容尊重历史，健康向上，以“维护世界和平、弘扬中华传统文化、保护环境、热爱生命”等元素为主的原创艺术作品。软笔、硬笔书法皆可，楷、行、草、隶、篆书体不限，绘画作品素描、水粉、油画、版画、国画、剪纸、电脑画等均可。

Encourage children to use calligraphy, painting, and photography to showcase global multiculturalism from the perspective of children and express their imagination for world peace and a better life. Original art works that require the content of the work to respect history, be healthy and upward oriented, and focus on elements such as "maintaining world peace, promoting traditional Chinese culture, protecting the environment, and loving life".   鼓励广大少年儿童通过音乐、舞蹈、戏曲、曲艺、乐器、情景剧、朗诵等多种形式，围绕“爱党、爱国、爱和平”主题，抒发新时代少年儿童对伟大祖国的热爱。体现中华民族精神、民族气节，以少年儿童特有的审美，观察生活、捕捉素材，或记录身边生活、或表现内心想象、或传承优秀作品，表现手法不拘一格，展现广大少年儿童的艺术才华和创造能力。

唱法、舞种、器乐、曲种等类型不限，服装整洁大方，符合表演情景，鼓励原创。

活动以线上线下相结合的形式展开，分为中国区海选和国际评选两个赛程，遴选优秀作品进行展演展示，结集出版、电视展播。

3、国际决赛：详见爱丁堡国际艺术节（英国）活动通知。

The event will be conducted in a combination of online and offline activities, divided into two stages: national auditions and international evaluations. Excellent works will be selected for exhibition and display, and will be published and broadcasted on television.
